The GKO2x2 offers space for more than 21 meters of gauge 0 trains on 9 levels. The GKO2x2 is an example of how the modular glass box system works: it consists of four modules: two modules on top of each other with an additional level and a back wall between them, and two modules side by side without a partition wall. This allows you to display 9 trains of almost 2.4 meters in length. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Track and gauge<\/h3>\n

The distance between the levels is designed for models in 1:45, 1:43.5, or 1:48 scale so that the pantograph can be unfolded. Rails are optional and can be designed in standard gauge (32 mm) or narrow gauge 0m (22 mm) or 0e (16.5 mm), which can be selected above. For the illuminated display case, Glaskasten offers optional power rails so that locomotive or car functions such as sound or light can be used. In this case, you can connect your own DCC control center to the display case. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Integrated lighting option<\/h3>\n

The shape of the profile of the light levels ensures optimal illumination of your models. In the display case with integrated lighting, each train is individually illuminated via a diffuser so that your models are even more visible. Optionally, the light can also be dimmed with an integrated dimmer, allowing you to adjust the light level to your liking. The light switch and power cord are located at the bottom right. The power cord is white, so it fits into most interiors. <\/p>\n

Design<\/h3>\n

The Glass Case Modular System is the only modular model railway display case system that can be expanded indefinitely in width and height. For large collections and long trains, several modules can be hung side by side and on top of each other to create a display wall. A range of standard combinations are available in our webshop, but there are so many possibilities that we cannot show everything here. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n
