However, should any damage or other issue arise during transport, you can make a warranty claim. You are legally obligated to inform us within two months of discovering the defect. If the defect occurs within the three-year warranty period, we will repair or replace the product free of charge.   <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-104404f elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"104404f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">The following warranty conditions apply:<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-694f2b4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"694f2b4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li>All damage resulting from manufacturing defects will either be repaired by Glaskasten or replacement parts will be sent.<\/li><li>This warranty applies exclusively to damage to the display case itself and not to damage to any models placed inside it.<\/li><li>This guarantee is only valid if the usage and care instructions in this user manual have been followed.<\/li><li>Glaskasten cannot guarantee that the supplied mounting materials are suitable for all surfaces. If necessary, consult an expert (e.g., for plasterboard walls). <\/li><li>The warranty excludes damages that occur because of:<ul><li>the assembly instructions in this user manual were not followed;<\/li><li>this display case has been misused;<\/li><li>the display case was not attached to a wall or other stable surface;<\/li><li>The display case may have been hung incorrectly or on an unsuitable surface &#8211; in case of doubt, a specialist should always be consulted;<\/li><li>The display case was overloaded &#8211; see the specifications for maximum load;<\/li><li>other electrical devices have been connected to the mains voltage output of a display case module;<\/li><li>If the glass case has been cleaned with unsuitable cleaning agents, please <a href=\"https:\/\/glaskasten.de\/de\/contact\/\">contact<\/a> Glaskasten if in doubt;<\/li><li>the display case was exposed to direct sunlight for an extended period of time;<\/li><li>the display case was exposed to chemicals that can attack the materials of the display case;<\/li><li>the display case was hung or stored in a room that was too humid;<\/li><li>the display case was hung or stored outdoors.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6be36f0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6be36f0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Problems arising from improper use of the product are excluded from the warranty. Please refer to the <a href=\"https:\/\/glaskasten.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/ManualGKO210206DE.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">instruction manual<\/a> for proper use. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-78cc63b elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"78cc63b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Cancellation policy<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-49fb9b2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"49fb9b2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"text_block-104-81\" class=\"ct-text-block text_paragraph\">The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by the customer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the customer.<\/div><div id=\"_rich_text-123-81\" class=\"oxy-rich-text\">You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have 14 days to return your product. You will receive a credit note for the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the return shipping costs from your home to the online shop are your responsibility. These costs depend on your location. Please refer to your shipping company&#8217;s website for exact rates. If you exercise your right of cancellation, the product must be returned to the seller with all accessories, in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please <a href=\"https:\/\/glaskasten.de\/de\/contact\/\">contact us<\/a>.
