Description
The unique all-glass front of the Glaskasten display cabinet offers you optimaal visibility to your model train collection. The GK1x2L can accommodate almost 20m of trains over 17 shelves. Shelf spacing is suited for H0 models, with integrated “catenary” at the right height to hold the pantograph in the right orientation.
The GK1x2L is also suitable for N gauge, because you can slot N-gauge track into a special groove, after which N or H0e models can be put into the display case. TT and H0m models can be placed in the display case without additional track.
Each shelf has integrated LEDs with a diffusor that lights the front of your models, without causing annoying glare or back-light.
Modular
The GK1x2L is an example of the modular Glaskasten system, as it consists of two GK1L modules above each other with an extra shelf and background panel between them.
The Glaskasten Module System is the only modular model train display system that can be extended in width and height without limits. Should you wish wider or taller displays than we show in our webshop, please contact info@glaskasten.de.

Packaging
Glaskasten vitrines are shipped in specially developed, sturdy box, which minimises the chance of damage. All Glaskasten products are designed and manufactured in the EU.
